Plans change — cancelling a booking is free when done in time.
You can cancel any booking from your account (My Bookings) or by calling us, free of charge, any time before the technician is on the way.
If a technician has already reached your address, a visit charge may apply as communicated at booking time.
Prefer rescheduling? Call or WhatsApp us with your booking number and we will move your slot at no cost, subject to availability.
In rare cases (technician unavailability, weather, safety), we may reschedule or cancel a booking. Any amount already paid is refunded in full.
