These terms govern your use of the One Call Service & Repair website and services. By booking a service you agree to them.
Prices shown online are starting prices. The final amount is confirmed after on-site inspection and your approval before work begins. Parts are charged separately unless stated otherwise.
Visit/diagnostic charges, where applicable, are communicated upfront and adjusted against the service cost when you proceed with the repair.
Labor carries a 30-day service warranty for the same fault. Parts supplied by us carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty is void if the equipment is serviced by a third party in the interim.
Please provide accurate contact and address details and safe access to the work area. Someone 18 or older must be present during the service visit.
One Call Service & Repair is not liable for pre-existing damage, issues caused by third-party repairs, or consequential losses. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
